Delete your account

Remove your Shiftylog account and the data we hold on our server.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email and sign-in credentials;
• Your synced clock-in/clock-out events and job (workspace) names;
• Any session tokens and device identifiers linked to the account.

Deletion is permanent. Data stored only on your phone (pay settings, notes, water, etc.) isn't on our server; remove it via Settings → Reset application or by deleting the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my Shiftylog account".
2. We'll confirm the request and permanently delete the account and its data within 30 days (usually much sooner), then confirm by email.
